April and Andy flew all the way from Brisbane to Vancouver for this stunning Vancouver, Canada forest elopement! Then they honeymooned in the Rocky Mountains. EPIC! Aussies sure love Canada, and I totally get it. Destination elopements may not be for everyone, and that’s ok. But if you love to travel + want your elopement to be just about you and your partner – they’re an amazing option. Bonus, you can still have a big celebration at home with all your loved ones when you get back!
This elopement was extra special because the couple let me pick the location. Golden Ears Provincial Park is one of my absolute favourite places in Vancouver, it’s never gets old. Showing them around, choosing the ceremony spot & soaking up our surroundings was pure magic. I love seeing old places through new eyes. All of this, plus Josh’s awesome ceremony, sealed the deal as an unforgettable day.
