Lauren and Kiran had the most romantic Tasmanian summer wedding. Complete with neutral tones, soft light, a luxe guest house & all of their loved ones! This was my first Tassie wedding, and it did not disappoint!
Everyone stayed at Quamby Home – the most gorgeous little estate in the Meander Valley of Northern Tasmania. It’s white + bright – a photographers dream. The girls spent their morning drinking champagne in the lounge room, while the boys played a round of golf! The stylist, Flocked Events was busy working away when I arrived & I could tell right away that it was going to be a gorgeous day!
We had a super laid back morning. Lauren had flown to Melbourne previously to get a custom designed dress by Mariana Hardwick. Seeing Loz put the dress on that day was such a sweet sight! To have a custom dress made into the dress of your dreams is absolute magic. All her bridesmaids helped her get the dress on & then admired how stunning she looked. Meanwhile, the boys got ready at the front end of the house. They enjoyed some whiskey, suited up + slowly watched guests arrive through the front window.
The ceremony itself was gorgeous + so full of love. A dear friend of theirs officiated, which made it even more special to them. It wasn’t too hot, or too cold – but just right. That’s something that seems hard to come by in Australia, but it’s pretty crucial to a good outdoor wedding! They spent the rest of the day on site – enjoying each others company, eating yummy food & basking in a divine sunset! Absolute wedding goals! x
