A digital download is unlike most purchases, a digital preset or educational guide, after downloading, cannot be deactivated or returned which negates the ability to properly complete a refund. The efficiency of presets also relies to a certain degree on the skill and knowledge of each individual user. In any case, I will do anything to help you learn and grow in your use of my presets to the best of our ability. I am happy to have you and help you in any way I can!
It is the consumers responsibility to ensure they do not purchase a product more than once. Refunds are not permitted for accidental repurchasing.
